  • Do you allow cats?

Sorry, we do not allow cats!

  • Do you allow dogs over 50 pounds?

If your dog is a little over 50 pounds, we may make an exception based on the temperament of the dog. Management will ask for a picture and possibly a character reference. Dogs considerably over 50 pounds will not be accepted.

  • Do you have restrictions on dog breads?

    We do not.

  • Do you have amenities at each building?

Our Moreland Lofts building has a shared patio area with chairs. Because our buildings do not have the space for extra amenities, we have partnered up with some local businesses to give you discounts on products and/or services near each building. It’s like being a part of a local club! Please visit our Partner Page to view our current partners.

  • How much is the application fee?

Each applicant 18 years and older is required to pay a $50 application fee.

  • How do I apply?

You can easily apply through our website! Go to the Vacancy Page and click on the Apply Now button next to the unit you would like to apply for. Fill out the application, attach all necessary documents, pay the application fee, and you’re done!

Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis.

  • Do you accept co-signers?

Yes! Each co-signer will need to follow the same process as the applicant. The co-signer will apply the same way on our website by clicking the Apply Now button next to the unit applying for, click the co-signer button on the application, fill out the application entirely, attach all necessary documents, and pay the $50 application fee.

  • How long can you hold a unit for once I apply?

We can typically hold a unit for up to two weeks with some exceptions

  • Is there parking at the buildings?

All our buildings are street parking only. At our Classic and San Marco buildings, you will need to purchase a parking pass from the City to park long term on the streets (there are some restrictions at the San Marco building). All our other buildings do not require a parking pass.

  • Do you have an onsite office at each building?

We do not have an onsite office at any building. We work out of our downtown office which is central to all our buildings.

  • Is there public transportation close to each building?

All our buildings are close to public transportation. You can search transportation routs here:
